Plate Magnets

Magnetic suspension plates are used to create a magnetic field from a distance on moving conveyor belts to eliminate unwanted ferrometals. Depending on the distance and magnetic field strength, plates made of Neodymium and Ferrite are used. In addition to conveyor lines, we also offer specially arranged types that can be integrated into flow lines, capable of separating ferrometals through contact with free-flowing particles. Plate magnets are used in areas with low magnetic metal density, while models with automatic cleaning are used in areas where manual cleaning is difficult and metal density is high.

Magnetic contact plates aim to manually capture unwanted micron-sized metals in production by passing the main material over the plate. Magnetic contact plates consist of high field strength neodymium magnet blocks.
